DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How long does it take my order to ship? 

About 24-48 hours except for weekends. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped out on Monday. 

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes an average 2 to 5 business days. Please note that customers are notified when an order is shipped but scheduled delivery may be impacted by COVID-19.

Do you ship internationally? 

We accept international orders. The delivery costs will  vary depending on the destination.

What if my package was never received?

Once our items are shipped and a customer is notified, it is the responsibility of the courier service (e.g. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure that packages are delivered accordingly. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages but can be re-sent at our own cost if there is proof that a  package cannot be traced. 

In the event that  an item has been marked "delivered" by the courier service but was not received, we can file a missing item claim on your behalf.

RETURNS

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle free return policy on all our products.Returns or exchanges must be shipped back in their original form including packaging and is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mutanispocket.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that our return and exchanges policy does not apply to:

  • Sale items and masks 
  • lost return/exchange packages

REFUNDS

Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase (less the cost of shipping). Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to fully reflect on the card.

Mutani's Pocket, at its discretion, reserves the right to not issue a refund at all if the return is in poor condition (damaged or worn).

After 14 days, we cannot issue a refund.
